We understand that plans change, and sometimes you may need to cancel your ticket purchase. Our refund policy is as follows:

 

No Refunds Will Be Issued If Entry Is Denied By The Venue  

Refunds will be issued only if an event is canceled or rescheduled by the event organizer.

Refunds will not be issued for any other reason, including but not limited to change of mind, personal scheduling conflicts, or transportation issues.

 

• Cancellation policy

Tickets Once Purchased Cannot Be Cancelled Because Of Personal Reasons , you can exchange tickets if you have bought tickets for a different category for the same event.

If the event is cancelled from organisers or the venue you will receive a refund within 5-7

working days.
